Tuition and Payment |
Payment for class and service fees may be made online via the Web Store or in person at class. Make checks payable to Connie Cycling Foundation. Automatic monthly payments may be set up for the Performance Sport monthly plans. Email us a request to set up auto-pay.
We understand that there are times when an athlete is not able to attend classes. We ask that you give us 24hrs notification when possible. There is no credit or refund given for missed classes. If your athlete is absent without notification for three consecutive classes, we will assume you are not continuing with classes and will open up your athlete's spot in the class.
Late for Class |
We ask participants to be respectful of coaches and class mates and plan ahead for on-time arrival for classes. Athletes arriving late, may need to wait to join the class. Coaches will attend to late arrivals at a point that is least disruptive to the class that is already in session. For track classes, athletes will be escorted from the concourse to the infield 5 mintues prior to the scheduled class start time.
Email is our main form of communication for program information, invitation, and updates. We appreciate your cooperation when there is a ask for a reply or RSVP. And, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any question, concerns or comments.
MailChimp Email |
In addition to the regular email communications, we use an email platform called MailChimp for email campaigns. The email you give us when you enroll will be added to our MailChimp email contact list. Be sure to "accept" the notification to "subscribe" when you receive your first communication via this platform. This is like subscribing to a newsletter; there is no subscription fee.
