- CCF program participant, all ages
- USAC race license is not required
Format and Awards
Time Trial Race
Time Trials are the focus for this two day race series. Athletes will compete in two 500m time trials (one TT each day). The accumulative time for both time trials will determine the score and finishing order. Boys & girls will race together and be scored together. The best three scores in each category will earn awards. Time Trial race categories are as follows:
Scratch Race
Time permitting on October 13th & 20, a Scratch race will be run for the categories named below.
Boys & girls will race together. The top three finishers in each race earn awards (scored overall as an omnium if scratch race is conducted both days)

- Age 9/10 [athletes will be assigned to ride Black Line or Blue Band, scored together]

Awards Ceremony | Presentation
An awards ceremony will take place after the last race on October 20. Medals awarded to the top three in each time trial category and each scratch race group.
Competition Rules & Safety
- USA Cycling race rules will be followed.
- Competition is conducted by CCF; timing, scoring, officiating. The CCF crew will officiate the event and make rulings regarding the event. All event day rulings are final.
- Competitors are expected to follow race rules, ride safe, and follow instructions of the event crew at all times [on the track and infield ].
- Masks are required at all times while inside the VSC building.
