Performance Sport

Performance Sport is an extension of the CCF race club and is designed for riders wanting to make a multiple day per week commitment to cycling and prepare for competition.  

Participants must demonstrate the ability and willingness to follow a structured and quick paced workout format.  
  • Access to P-sport workouts requires pre-approval from CCF coach
  • Requires CCF Club membership
  • Requires commitment to ride consecutive weeks
  • For Peloton age athletes, age 8-13, the Performance Sport is intended to work together with the Peloton, not replace the Peloton.  This means that Peloton athletes enrolling in a P-sport session must continue to attend their weekly Peloton practice.

2023 Quarterly Sessions

Quarter Two
April 5 - June 28, 2023 [ no classes 5/31 ]
  • WED 4-5p
  • WED 5-6p
Athletes must have prior approval to attend a Wednesday class.

Quarter One 
January 11, 2023 - March 29 [no classes 3/8]
  • WED 4-6p (2-hr)
  • WED 4-5p (1-hr)
*Athletes must have prior approval to attend a Wednesday class.  
[returning students* may enroll for the same WED class as previous quarter w/o prior approval]
